Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the TableFixr website or app, run by DinnerGift BV, Waversesteenweg 136, 2500 Lier, Belgium (BE 0695.772.387). By creating an account you accept them.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. Keep access to your email address or phone number safe: whoever has it can sign in to your account.
What you post
You keep the rights to the photos, lists and texts you post, and allow us to show them on TableFixr. Only post what you are allowed to share. No hate, spam, fake reviews or other people’s personal data. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Restaurant information
We do our best to keep opening hours, prices and details correct, but restaurants change. Check with the restaurant before you go.
Promoted content
Restaurants can pay to be shown more often. Promoted places are always marked as such.
Liability
TableFixr is provided as it is. We are not responsible for your experience at a restaurant. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Belgian or EU law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in the app. Belgian law applies; the courts of Antwerp, division Mechelen, are competent unless consumer law says otherwise.
