What we collect

Account data: your email address or phone number, name, username, profile picture, city and food preferences you give us.

What you do on TableFixr: restaurants you save, lists, check-ins, groups, Hunts and the people you follow.

Technical data: device type, app version, language and, when you allow it, your location to show nearby restaurants. We do not sell your data.

Why we use it

To run your account and show your profile to the people you choose (contract).

To suggest restaurants and friends, and keep TableFixr safe and fast (legitimate interest).

To send you sign-in codes and, if you allow it, notifications (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run TableFixr, under a data processing agreement: hosting in the EU (Amazon Web Services, Paris), email delivery (SendGrid), SMS delivery (Twilio) and push notifications (Expo, Apple, Google). Promoted restaurants only see totals, never who you are.

How long we keep it

As long as you have an account. When you delete your account we delete your profile, saves, lists and check-ins right away; backups are overwritten within 30 days. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes, notifications after 180 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Most of it you can do yourself in Settings; for the rest, email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

The website only uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and remember your language. No advertising cookies.
