A unique decor of mainly copper and wood, decorated with unique frescoes by the Belgian artists Marcin Sobolev and Arianna Musetta. Chef Nathan Urbanowiez graduated from the provincial hotel school in Namur and has worked in several major Brussels restaurants. After an internship at Le Ventre Saint-Gris and then at Bon-Bon, he worked for Le Coriandre for several years. Nathan has been passionate about cooking from an early age and is constantly looking for new flavors.
